Why RRM Exists
Recovery Rocks Missouri was born out of lived experience,
a heart for service, and a vision for something
deeper than just sober living.
We know that true recovery isn’t just about staying clean.
It’s about rebuilding your life from the inside out.
It’s about feeling safe, being seen, and rediscovering
who you really are beneath the hurt, the history, and the habits.
We created RRM to be a place where women
can heal in community, learn new ways of being,
and take real steps toward a life they love.
A place where transformation is possible
because it’s supported, not just expected.
We believe in second chances, sacred restarts,
and the power of walking the path together.
At RRM, recovery means becoming whole,
not perfect, and realizing that You Are Enough!
Wendy Hansen Pacheco
Founder and Co-Director
Wendy is the heart behind RRM Recovery. She founded the program with a vision to create a safe, supportive home where women in recovery could truly rebuild, not just survive.
With lived experience and a deep passion for service,
Wendy brings authenticity, resilience,
and compassion to everything she does.
Her leadership is rooted in real-life understanding,
and she believes that with structure, support,
and connection, women can rise
no matter how far they've fallen.
Wendy continues to shape RRM
with a focus on dignity, healing, and hope.
Samantha Van Duine
Co-Director and Certified DreamBuilder Coach
Samantha brings both fire and compassion
to her role at RRM Recovery. With over a decade
of experience in personal development
and a deep understanding of the recovery journey,
she walks alongside women as a guide, mentor,
and source of steady encouragement.
Her approach blends spiritual awareness,
practical tools, and transformational coaching
rooted in the DreamBuilder® method.
Samantha believes that healing is not
just about letting go of the past, but about
daring to build something new in its place.
Having walked her own path of healing and growth,
she helps others tap into their inner truth,
reclaim their worth, and move forward with courage.
